For All Exhibitors & Vendors:

Each Exhibitor is required to carry liability insurance coverage.
You must furnish a Certificate of Insurance showing $1,000,000 coverage for liability and property damage.
Indiana Retail License Number is mandatory if selling product (non-food).
Food Vendors must also carry a LaPorte County Food Permit.

Filling out the application below will put you on the waiting list. Current Exhibitors automatically receive a contract and have first choice for their space.

Outside Commercial Exhibitor/Display

If you wish to be added to the waiting list as an outside commercial exhibitor/display, please complete the application form below. When space becomes available, we will select new applicants from our waiting list.

Food Vendor

If you wish to be added to the waiting list as a food vendor, please complete the application form below and email or send a picture of your concession unit and menu. When space becomes available, we will select new applicants from our waiting list.

Insurance

$1,000,000 Liability Insurance Coverage is required to participate in the Fair. If you wish to purchase the Fair Insurance please let the fair office know.

Yes, I need the LaPorte County Fair Insurance Coverage.

No, I will supply the LaPorte County Fair with a current $1,000,000 Liability Insurance Certificate naming The LaPorte County Fair, LaPorte County FMEC, its officials, officers, employees, and volunteers” as additional insured. (This wording must appear on the Coverage/insurance certificate.)

Photograph Requirement

A color photograph of the Concession stand is required.
