Checklist for golf cart permits:

1. Permit fee = $150 (+$3 service fee if processed online)

2. Proof of Insurance must state:

   • LaPorte County Fair as Certificate Holder

   • Insured off of premises

   • Certificates can be emailed to: sarah.laportefair@gmail.com

3. Complete form at checkout by Fair Office with payment by June 15, 2026. No permits will be issued after July 1, 2026.

4. Permits will be available for pickup starting July 1, 2025. (Permit has to be displayed to operate on grounds)
