1. REGULAR Permit fee = $150
   BLACK FRIDAY SALE = $125

2. Proof of Insurance must state:

   • LaPorte County Fair as Certificate Holder

   • Insured off of premises

   • Certificates can be emailed to: info.laportefair@gmail.com

3. Complete form at checkout by Fair Office with payment by June 15, 2026. No permits will be issued after June 20, 2026.

4. Permits will be available for pickup starting June 27, 2026. (Permit has to be displayed to operate on grounds)
